The Challenge

CloudStack SaaS had developed a powerful project collaboration platform but were struggling to convert trial sign-ups. Their existing landing page was generic, with a vague headline, a feature dump, and a single, buried CTA. Sign-up rate sat at 2.1% — they were leaving significant revenue on the table from every campaign they ran.

They needed a suite of purpose-built landing pages for different buyer segments and traffic sources — each crafted to speak to a specific pain point and drive immediate sign-ups.

Our Strategy

  • Audience Segmentation Research: Interviewed 20 existing customers and surveyed 200 prospects to identify the 4 primary buyer personas and their specific objections and motivations.
  • Multi-Variant Landing Page Suite: Designed and built 6 dedicated landing pages — one per persona and use case (agencies, startups, enterprise, remote teams). Each with a unique headline, benefit framework, and social proof set.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Implemented continuous A/B testing on hero sections, CTA copy, form length, video vs. static hero, and pricing presentation. Ran 32 experiments over 3 months.
  • Onboarding Flow Optimisation: Redesigned the post-sign-up onboarding sequence to reduce time-to-value and improve trial-to-paid conversion.
