We designed a 3-phase programme where each phase built on the last — so results would compound, not plateau.

Phase 1 — Technical Foundation (Months 1–2)

Fixed all crawl errors, consolidated duplicate content, implemented canonical tags, rebuilt site architecture, and achieved sub-2s load times on all key pages. Prepared the ground for content and links to have maximum impact.

Phase 2 — Content Clusters (Months 2–5)

Built 8 topical clusters around buyer-intent keywords. Produced 24 long-form pillar pages and 96 supporting articles. Every piece was mapped to a specific funnel stage and buyer persona.

Secured 140+ editorial backlinks from SaaS review platforms, industry publications, and partner sites. DA grew from 18 to 46 over the campaign. Links were built to pillar pages, boosting entire cluster rankings.
